The application process consists of 24 screens, each of which contains 2-3 questions per screen, on average. You should expect to spend 15-30 minutes on this application. |

One time application cost: $99 Annual Membership: $399 |
Can I Leave And Come Back Without Losing My Answers?
Yes! The application uses browser 'cookies' to remember your application. As long as you
return from the same computer, your previous answers will be saved, and you'll continue right
on the screen that you left from previously.
